Savvy Ranch Catering is a family owned and run business.  Your chefs are Scott and Cindy Varnado.  We come from a long line of chefs.  Scott comes from a family of southern chefs and Cindy comes from a family of chefs from the world famous Los Angeles Farmers Market.  All of the recipies that we use have been handed down from generation to generation and are tried and true.

When Scott was growing up his parents owned a southern barbecue restaurant where his father made all of his barbecue sauce from scratch on a daily basis.  As a tribute to him we use the same barbecue sause that he created.    In the future look to be able to purchase the sauce from our website and bottled at any of the parties that we cater.  To go along with the sauce Scott has also developed his own line of spice rub.  That too will be marketed along with the sauce. 
Cindy is in charge of making all of the side dishes that go along with the meats.  She prides herself in the fact that everything is home-made from scratch.   She has had many customers come up to her and ask her for her recipies, but she just smiles and says that she can't do that, they belong to our family.  But if you treat her real nice she might at least tell you what ingredients are in the recipies.  But never will she tell you just how much of any one thing.

We are a husband and wife team and without each other nothing would work.  We both work very well together and share equally in the business.  We treasure our family and have our son working with us too when he is not busy with is own endevors.  When we cater a party, we also consider you as part of our family and you will always get our best.
