Savvy Ranch recently catered a party for us and did a fabulous, top notch job.  The slow cooked ribs were out of this world tender, and their carrot cake is the best any of us had ever had (and there were a couple of people in attendance who swore they didn't like carrot cake!).  Their homemade BBQ sauce is flavorful while not overpowering and they "kicked it up a notch" for our guests who preferred a more spicy sauce. Some of our guests had strict dietary needs and for Savvy Ranch, that's no problem.

Their food is top quality, their customer service is the best and they worked with us to develop our menu and came up with wonderful suggestions.  The family recipes they use that have been handed down for generations are truly authentic. 

Before the evening was over, we had already booked them for our annual Christmas party (non-BBQ) and we're really looking forward to seeing what Scott and Cindy cook up for us.

Dear Scott:

     We want to extend a BIG "THANK YOU" for the great dinner you provided for the approximately 70 people of Church of the Foothills Friendship dinner.  You not only did the event within our budget, but the food quality was above and beyond our expectations - and plenty of it!.

     We, therefore, would like you to do our next Friendship dinner coming up in February '09.

     Plus, please reserve time for doing our family Thanksgiving event for 53 people.
